Butch Harmon School of Golf Partners With College Golf Combines

Popular Butch Harmon School of Golf Returns for 5th Year

The special College Golf Combine Harmon Prep Golf School is being offered to participants in the 2017 Coaches' Convention Combine. The golf school was very popular in 2013, 2014, 2015 & 2016 and will again be limited to only 20 participants to guarantee a first class experience. The school is designed to prepare young golfers for exposure to College Golf Coaches.  When you register for the Harmon School and Combine together, you receive a $150 discount.

During the first nine years of the College Golf Combines, more than a thousand recruits have been evaluated by College Golf Coaches at golf combines.  Hundreds of recruits received college golf scholarships after having their games tested by the combine Skills Challenges.

“We are excited at the Butch Harmon School of Golf to have the opportunity to support the growth of golf using the golf combine format that has been proven effective over the last eight years.  The format allows all golfers to enjoy a fun competition, while also identifying the strengths and weaknesses in their game.” said Butch Harmon

The partnership will also include Rio Secco Golf Club hosting the annual College Golf Coaches’ Convention Combine on December 9th & 10th, 2017.   “Rio Secco Golf Club is proud to host a first class event for the recruits, parents and coaches. And to help recruits prepare for the Las Vegas combine we’ve developed a specific golf school geared for the combine with Butch’s staff at his school December 9th & 10th.” said Eric Dutt, VP Golf Operations for Caesars Entertainment

Junior Golf recruits from throughout the United States and around the world have competed in the College Golf Combines over the past five years.  Countries represented include: Canada, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, China, India, Switzerland, Sweden, Great Britain, Colombia, Venezuela, Peru, Argentina, Philippines, Singapore, Hong Kong, Thailand, Spain and Taiwan.

The College Golf Combines have been very successful in assisting recruits, parents and coaches.
